My son got this for his 10th birthday, he built it in a day by himself and has continued to play with it, the figures are fun. He says it a “really, really” good toy, as a fan of lego toys anyway it’s a hit.

My son absolutely loves this castle. It has alot of pieces, but he works on it slowly. He has already said that he will be keeping it together so he can play with it FOREVER. He plays with all of the trolls and guys on horseback. Good for building skills, following the instructions in the booklets, and great imaginative play.

I purchased this for my 8yr old son. He loves it and it has been keeping him busy for days. We have a ton of fun working on it together. Would definately buy again.

My six year old and I put this together. It was a lot of fun seeing how all the pieces were going to create such an interesting stucture. My six year old was disappoointed afterward though. He “thought it would be more fun to play with.” My oldest son had received a Star WArs starship Republic cruiser and he made that toy seem way more fun than a stationary castle. I’m hoping he’ll apreciate the fortress later.

LEGO does it again with another series that inspires builders of all ages. My son has been an avid LEGO Star Wars builder/fan from the time he was 5 through this past year (he’s now 12). Now, he is adding the Castle and City sets to his massive collection. LEGO Castle Trolls’ Mountain Fortress (7097) He couldn’t be happier, and we love seeing the results of his imaginative creations as he combines, builds and dreams up new ships and buildings. LEGOs are the best everyone and every-age products out there.

I really thought it would be smaller but when I built it was really big and I personally like big Lego sets. I also liked the characters in this set,so what I’m saying if you like big sets and cool characters then this is the perfect Lego for you, also it took me two days to build.

My grandson loved this Leggo set and will continue getting more Leggo sets. I recomend this and other Leggo sets highly. We bought two large Leggo sets from Amozon, they arrived on time for Christmas as promised and we were completely satisfied. We bought our first Leggo set when we lived in Central Africa (60 years ago) and they the quality was as good then as it is now. I recommend any purchases bought through Amozon.com

Gorgeous set, loads of pieces. Now in Lego’s clever packaging which means you receive lots of numbered bags of bits and only open the bags you need. Well unless you want to do the ‘searching for that one tiny piece’ thing, that can be fun!!

Lots of seperate buildings that join together which makes the whole thing sturdier and easier to pack away without demolishing the entire model. Many hours of fun with this set on its own, and lots of add-on sets to purchase to make it even bigger. The trolls in themselves are just great and really big compared to normal lego men. We did decide to glue the little horns in though as they are tiny and easy to lose.

Built in a day, but took lots of hours and provided many many hours of entertainment.

Good challenging set to put together. My son spent a couple of days on this one which was exactly what he wanted out of a set. The little characters are really good fun. Would definitely recommend.
